BOUNTY HUNTING

BAIL FUGITIVE RECOVERY

Bounty Hunter or Bail Recovery Agent:

The industry can be filled with liability.  To be successful you must have the knowledge of the bail bond industry just like a bail bond agent.  California Penal Code 1299 was repealed January 1, 2010 (see below) which dropped the training requirements for California however, to get work in the industry a bail bond agent will not hire you until you can show them that you will not become a liability to them.

Real Street Training:

The best way to become a success is to learn from the best.  Bail Education Association is the ONLY education provider that provides real street training for class alumni.  First you learn in the classroom and then we take you to the street to pick up real fugitives.  Other instructors talk about it, but these instructors are the only ones that have the case load to offer real street training.  Alumni have the option to ride with our professional Bounty Hunters on upcoming cases to gain experience in the profession.  You will not find any other training of this caliber.

*** Penal Code section 1299 was repealed 1/1/10***

However, due to the liability of bail recovery many bail bond company owners still require the 1299 PC qualifications before they will hire a person to recover their bail fugitives and at a minimum, will require the completion of a bail pre-licensing course.
