In 2013 the law changed to require 20 hours of classroom education to be eligible for examination. The California Department of Insurance Bail Agent exam is tough. Our curriculum and unique style of training will not only give you the necessary knowledge to pass the exam on your first attempt, it will also teach you what you need to know to begin a successful career as a bail agent. Our courses will guide you through the fundamentals of being a bail agent and running a fast-paced, liability-free company. We know how important it is to have the necessary skills to recover your clients that skip out on bail. We are the only bail school that maintains a 100% first time pass rate of the California Department of Insurance bail agent exam.
With the return of Penal Code section 1299, it is now required for you to take 20 hours of Department of Insurance approved training. BAIL AGENT CONTINUING EDUCATION
6 Hour Course - required yearly for licensed bail agents.

Whether you’re new to the industry or have been in the business for years, this is where bail education begins. Are you tired of the same old bail continuing education courses? We take pride in staying up to date with the latest laws and newest technology to provide fresh content with each and every class. We refuse to teach the same class year after year.
8 Hour Course - required for bail recovery.
(even if you are the bail agent chasing your own fugitives).
Penal Code section 1299 enacted in 2013 requires that if you received your bail license after the year 2000 and intend to do bail fugitive recovery, even if it is on your own clients that have jumped bail, you must have 20 hours of education approved by the Department of Insurance. If you have taken your education with us this class would help you meet the requirement.
12 hours of training in one weekend for those that need to comply with the twelve hours of bail continuing education required for your two year bail agent license. Bail Education Association training weekends offer two separate six hour classes over two days that may be taken to satisfy your twelve hour required training.
